Food Army

Food Army brings people together in Tucson to grow food, build, recover useful resources, and share skills and interests.

We operate volunteer gardens and are developing education materials, practical infrastructure, and ways to recover and share useful food and supplies. Our community spaces are places to ask questions, get to know each other, and find work to do together.

You do not need to be an expert to join in. Bring curiosity, patience, and a willingness to learn. Volunteer in a garden, help collect supplies, share a skill, or connect with neighbors and partners.

Food Army is about independence systems: communities coming together to uncover the freedom in unity.
